Wonders from the weekend

Hope all you 3P pretties had a wonderful Easter! The weekend flew by but was full of celebrations in honor of Him who rose again with all kinds of wonderful family.  Spring was in the air everywhere and sweets were abounding galore in Easter baskets and with every meal. So it is with a sugar-filled energy level that I start this week... Along with the help of a little caffeine!

Wonders from the weekend

Another wonderful weekend has passed, and March is already upon us! This past weekend was filled with blessed moments of rain and beautiful rays of sunshine, sweet moments with our baby girl, and our first family road trip to visit some out of town family. All in all a fabulous weekend, which (of course!) I wish was not over!

Clockwise from top left: a gift all the way from Paris, a welcome 'basket' from baby girl's great grandparents, new weekend beauty routine with John Freida color gloss, beautiful little hands all ready for prayer time, and sweet baby girl napping in the cradle I napped in as a baby.

Wonders from the weekend

< winter trees in the sunshine >

Another weekend has flown by, but all of its sunshine has me refreshed and ready to take on this week!  With Baby B's arrival right around the corner, I have been check-check-checking projects off my list in attempt to be as prepared as possible.  Time at home this weekend, with the motivating sunshine outside, allowed me time to make great progress on this project list.  I only wish the weekends were a day or 2 longer... you?

Wonders from the weekend

Happy Monday, 3P lovelies! After what has kind of felt like Christmas vacation for the past few weeks (maybe Christmas and New Years on a Wednesday isn't so bad?) it's going to be quite the Monday, I presume. I was totally glad to have some time at home this weekend and feel like I accomplished a great amount of productivity. Trust me, 3P prettiness is back in action at the start of this new year! For a peek into my domestic weekend as pictured above, see the little kitty who did not want the Christmas tree to be packed away, a simple little get-well-soon package I created for a friend who is under the weather, a sneak peek at some goodies for Baby B's nursery, and my marshmallow-overloaded hot chocolate.  Also, how cute is my antler guy?  Can't decide if I should pack him away with the rest of the Christmas decor or keep him out an paint his antlers silver or gold.  What do you think? Leave a comment and let me know!

Whatever you have planned for this week, make it a great one- 3P style of course!

Can you tell that Christmas is one of my most favorite times of year?

Around my home: Classic Christmas Decorations

Sharing some Christmas cheer here today with a peek inside the 3P home!  The Christmas decorations are up and have this place feeling cozy and festive all day long.  I used decor that I had on hand to create the cheery decorative additions to each room, and changed things up a bit from last year's Christmas decorating to give a fresh feeling to the decor.  I am loving the green and silver in our living room, and our Christmas mantle is pretty much my favorite mantle so far.  Its a bit of photo overload on here today, but lots of visual inspiration for you to enjoy!
