Fall bar cart update

Are you ready for the Thanksgiving celebrations to begin?  I am getting there, although I can hardly believe that this holiday is happening this week, eep!  One of my favorite ways to host events is to place snacks and libations in easy to reach locations for guests- and what better way to do this than with a simple bar cart!  Although this is not really a bar cart (it is a repurposed kitchen cart), it still serves the purpose of hosting supplies for guests and fun times.  This cart may actually get a serious makeover one of these days, but in the meantime I staged it with autumn colors and supplies as the perfect addition to a little fall cocktail gathering.  Cheers to Thanksgiving, my 3P lovelies!

Design project: decoration makeover

I feel so lucky to have completed another space makeover for a sweet friend!  She and I coordinated online to determine the design elements in this makeover, and thanks to some great help I had, everything went up in one afternoon. The basic elements of this makeover design were new wall art, a few knick-knack decorations, and some simple organization.  Honestly, decor and design projects like this are my dream job.  With a palette of neutral furniture accented with red and white, this cozy little space is sure to be cheery on grey winter days and throughout the rest of the year!

New office reveal

A few changes have been made around the 3P abode, and this new office of mine is one of my favorite spaces now!  I went with a simple color theme of black, yellow, gold, and splashes of white.  I also added all kinds of girly elements so that this space feels just like a dream to me.  I love being organized and having this work space that I adore!  To see what my desk area looked like originally, click here.  You can also see little sneak peeks of this new space here and here.  I hope you enjoy looking at this office design as much as I do!

Lots of projects have been worked on around the 3P headquarters lately, and I am so excited about this new office I get to call my own!  Here is a little peek into this newly redesigned and organized space I am so happy to enjoy these days.  Stay tuned for a full reveal soon!

Styling a bookcase

Would you believe that this is an old bookcase from the '70's??  My man kindly painted this white for me, as I am loving the West Elm Parsons Towers, but wanted to have a more budget-friendly version in our space!  I went to town the other day sorting books by color and collecting little shelf decorations, and just love this new arrangement on this bookcase!  Styling a bookcase works like a charm when arrange your books by color, and include little decorative knick-knacks that are special to you!  Speaking of little decorations, I can't wait until this guy's new collection comes out this fall!

New kitchen organization

Remember when I so happily shared my beautiful kitchen remodel with you?  I am still loving this brand new room and feel so blessed to have this wonderful new space.  As you faithful 3P readers know, I love me some organization, anytime, anywhere.  This new kitchen is pretty much completely organized, with just a few details to attend to.  I may or may not switch a few of these cupboard and drawer items around for a more useful set up, but in the meantime I am just loving the well organized shelves and drawers within this delightful new cabinetry.

New year, new organization

One of my favorite things (you faithful 3P readers know, no doubt) is to organize the heck out of anything.  And on top of that, I love a little DIY project.  When Samsill saw this project, they were kind enough to contact me and send me some of their great binders.  There were so many fun colors to choose from, and enticing features such as biodegradable speedy spine qualities had me dreaming of the most ideal binders ever.  And trust me, as I have worked with these binders to create a little more organization in my life, they really are the high quality materials that you want in an office binder.  And how perfectly 3P is this blue color binder they sent me?!  I still have some more to add to each of these binders, but thanks to Samsill I am feeling much more organized these days!

Wonders from the weekend

Happy Monday, 3P pretties!  I'm not going to lie- this past weekend spent at home was the first one in a looooong while, and it was so nice to be domestic and get some things done around the house.  The cold weather made bundling up and running errands seem like the perfect at-home-in-the-winter kind of activity, and all of the organization I got done around the house made me feel uber-productive.  Not a bad way to spend a weekend at the beginning of the year, right? Anyway, here are just a few snapshots from my homebody kind of weekend.
