Fall bar cart update

Are you ready for the Thanksgiving celebrations to begin?  I am getting there, although I can hardly believe that this holiday is happening this week, eep!  One of my favorite ways to host events is to place snacks and libations in easy to reach locations for guests- and what better way to do this than with a simple bar cart!  Although this is not really a bar cart (it is a repurposed kitchen cart), it still serves the purpose of hosting supplies for guests and fun times.  This cart may actually get a serious makeover one of these days, but in the meantime I staged it with autumn colors and supplies as the perfect addition to a little fall cocktail gathering.  Cheers to Thanksgiving, my 3P lovelies!

Wonders from the weekend

< love the Christmas displays that are already showing up everywhere! >

Happy Monday, 3P pretties!  Can you believe that Thanksgiving week is here?  This past weekend flew by as fast as the rest of this month has flown by, but it was filled with all sorts of fun and great memories with some of my favorite people (stay tuned for more on the celebration that ensued with these peeps!).  This is going to be a short but busy week, and I am looking forward to all of the productivity that will be happening, along with the Thanksgiving celebrations that will occur.  Now, I am off to make this week a great one, 3P style of course, and hope that you are doing the same!

Design project: decoration makeover

I feel so lucky to have completed another space makeover for a sweet friend!  She and I coordinated online to determine the design elements in this makeover, and thanks to some great help I had, everything went up in one afternoon. The basic elements of this makeover design were new wall art, a few knick-knack decorations, and some simple organization.  Honestly, decor and design projects like this are my dream job.  With a palette of neutral furniture accented with red and white, this cozy little space is sure to be cheery on grey winter days and throughout the rest of the year!

The cat's outta the bag!

It is with great joy and excitement that I share this news with you today- the 3P house is blessed to have a little miracle on the way!  At 28 weeks and counting, this little Baby B will be here before we know it!  The man and I are so incredibly thankful for this miracle and can't wait to meet our little one.  Happily enjoying this little bump that keeps on growing and praying for this wee one (and our future parenting skills) constantly!

A fall tablescape

With Thanksgiving just two-and-a-half weeks away from now, beautiful fall tablescapes are on my radar.  There will be several dinners hosted with friends and family in the 3P house, and you know me- I love a good thematic event, and the little details make all the difference! (See my fall living room details here.)  Most of the items I used in this tabletop setting I had on hand, but in my experience you can always find great seasonal decor and household items at Target and T.J. Maxx too.  With a wonderful dinner planned with good friends later this week, I'm glad that this tables cape came together so easily and has the perfect little touches of autumn for our guests!
