There is something about a printed book that I just love. In this age of iPads, Kindles, and other electronic reading application it is tempting to simply download reading material, but the nostalgia of printed text, artful images, and the feeling of turning a page cannot be replicated on these electronic devices. With decorating projects always on my mind, colorful books make not only for inspired reading but also for delightful decor. Arrange them on a shelf by color (as I did here), or stack them on a table as a base for displaying some of your favorite small knick-knacks.
