We spent a weekend away from the lingering hot temperatures as we traveled to the cool grounds of Mt. Hermon which allowed shorts and capris during the day but required sweaters to start the day and a light jacket at night. Meals waiting to be enjoyed without lifting a finger and food for the soul, to exercise the mind, and then joined the planned activities to exercise the body. A great way to end the summer!
